If you are not completely satisfied with your Callalilai product our return policy is as follows:

All merchandise purchased at Callalilai.com may be returned within 7 days upon receipt for an exchange or Callalilai credit Items must be in new condition with all tags attached and original packaging materials such as garment bags included. Please be aware that any item that has hadits tags cut off, been worn, washed, altered, or blemished in any way will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.

We regret that shipping on returned merchandise is non-refundable. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item or if your item was damaged in transit please contact us immediately. It’s imperative that you save all packaging material so we can inform our carrier of the problem.

Instructions for making a return:
To make a return or exchange you must first obtain a return authorization number. Please note returns will not be accepted without an RA number. To receive your RA number please contact us at shop@callalilai.com, please include a brief explanationof why you are returning or exchanging your purchase, and what you would like to exchange it for.

Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
